Candle and Wax Melt Returns

Candle and Melt returns must be brought back or mailed back to us within 7 days of purchase for a SHOPPING CREDIT or EXCHANGE. NO cash refunds. Candles and Melts must be in Brand new condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping as well as shipping back to you in the case of an exchange. Please make sure to add tracking so you can confirm delivery to the above address.

• Candles that are defective DUE TO USER ERROR will not be subject for returns nor exchanges.
